2023 United Soccer Coaches' NCAA Division III Women's All-American Team
Nov. 30, 2023 – The North Central College women's soccer team earned their program's first-ever first-team All-American selection,
Elle Sutter, and second program secondary team selection,
Sarah Andrey, from the United Soccer Coaches' (USC) annual poll.
Senior forward and College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin's (CCIW) offensive student-athlete of the year winner,
Elle Sutter, received the program's first-ever first-team All-American selection. She comes off a historic year breaking program records in career points (113), single-season points (60), career goals (49), and single-season goals (27). The forward also earned her first Academic All-District slot, All-Region first-team slot, and an All-CCIW first-team selection.
Representing North Central College on the USC All-American second team is senior forward
Sarah Andrey. This came off her first-ever All-Region first-team selection earlier this week after placing second for goals (17), and second in shots (79), while tallying eight assists, and three game-winning goals. She also notched her first-ever All-CCIW first-team selection and an Academic All-District slot. Andrey is the second North Central College women's soccer student-athlete to obtain an All-American second-team slot after
Ellie Lochbaum last season.
This year's All-Americans will be recognized for their accomplishments at the United Soccer Coaches All-America Ceremony & Reception on Saturday, Jan, 13, 2024 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, in conjunction with the United Soccer Coaches Convention.
North Central College women's soccer finished a historic campaign with the program's best record of 18-2-1, complete with the CCIW's first-ever regular-season shutout sweep. They earned their first regular-season title, CCIW championship crown, and first NCAA tournament appearance while cracking fourteen program records.
