2023 United Soccer Coaches' Women's Soccer Scholar All-American Teams

Dec. 15, 2023 – The North Central College women's soccer team received two United Soccer Coaches' (USC) first-team Scholar All-American nominations in Sarah Andrey and Elle Sutter.

Andrey entered the USC Scholar All-American first-team for the first time in her career after earning her first USC All-Region selection, All-CCIW first-team selection, and an Academic All-District slot. The senior sociology major earned these honors after placing second on the team for goals (17) and shots (79) while tallying eight assists, and three game-winning goals. Andrey obtained her first-team selection after making the third-team last season.

Senior marketing major Elle Sutter makes the first-team for her first time as well after making the USC Scholar All-American third-team last season. Sutter earned this honor after being named the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin's offensive student-athlete of the year, receiving the program's first-ever NCAA first-team All-American selection, earning her first Academic All-District slot, and an All-CCIW first-team selection. This comes from a season where Sutter tore through the record books breaking program records in career points (113), single-season points (60), career goals (49), and single-season goals (27).

Sutter and Andrey helped lead the North Central College women's soccer program to their best record (18-2-1, 8-0 CCIW), obtain the first complete CCIW shutout sweep, win the program's first regular-season title, snatch their first CCIW tournament crown, and notch their first NCAA tournament appearance.
