2024 United Soccer Coaches' All-Region Teams
Dec. 3, 2024 – The North Central College women's soccer team earns five United Soccer Coaches (USC) All-Region selections between
Elle Sutter and
Kassandra Salviola on the first team,
Sarah Andrey on the second team,
Jordan Lange on the third team, and
Madison DeVriendt on the fourth team.
Representing the Cardinals on the first team's defense is junior two-time CCIW Defensive Student-Athlete of the Year recipient Salviola. She snags her second consecutive selection after earning a First-Team selection to the All-CCIW field after earning two weekly defensive awards while tallying nine goals, five assists, and anchoring the team to ten shutout victories.
Sutter a graduate student and second-time CCIW Offensive Student-Athlete of the Year represents the Cardinal offense on the first-team. She earns this honor after taking her fourth consecutive First-Team All-CCIW selection while establishing a new program record for career assists (29) and single-season points (68). Sutter also earned five of the ten CCIW Student-Athlete of the Week Awards while obtaining a CCIW-leading twenty-seven goals, fourteen assists, and sixty-eight points throughout the year.
A graduate student forward, Andrey was honored with a second-team selection after earning a First-Team All-CCIW selection while tallying a team second-best in goals (12), third-best in assists (8), and second-best in points (32).
Lange a sophomore mid-fielder and forward earns a third-team selection after tallying eight goals, eight assists, and three game-winning goals throughout the season.
A sophomore midfielder, DeVriendt earns a fourth-team selection after being selected to her first All-CCIW First-Team field while anchoring the midfield with a team fourth-best in goals (8), a second-best in assists (9), and third-best in points (25).
The Cardinals finished the 2024 season with a 16-5-1 record, earning their second consecutive CCIW Tournament Title and second consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance.
