May 23, 2024 - North Central College men's lacrosse student-athlete Dylan Mlinarich has earned an Honorable Mention selection to the 2024 NCAA Division III All-America Team, as selected by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) on Tuesday. Mlinarich is so recognized for the second consecutive season.

All-America candidates were nominated by coaching staffs around the nation and voted upon by the USILA's All-America Committee. Mlinarich is one of 20 short-stick defensive midfielders to receive the Honorable Mention designation in addition to the seven named to the All-America First, Second and Third Teams.

A USILA Honorable Mention All-America selection for the second straight season, Mlinarich is the second Cardinal to be selected for All-America honors twice. The 2023 College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Co-Defensive Student-Athlete of the Year was named a First Team All-CCIW honoree for the third straight season in 2024, totaling 17 ground balls and eight caused turnovers in 14 games. 

North Central posted an overall record of 11-4 this season, going 3-2 in CCIW play.
