ITA National/Regional Men's Tennis Rankings

Apr. 10, 2025 - Having won their first three conference matches, the North Central College men's tennis team is ranked No. 32 in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association national rankings. In the latest ITA Central Regional rankings, The Cardinals rank No. 8.

Ramon Vilarroig Martinez is ranked No. 12 regionally in singles play. Vilarroig Martinez is 14-5 on the year in singles match play. He is also 15-5 in doubles while remaining unbeaten in College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin play.

Case Western Reserve University sits atop the national poll with Middlebury University, Tufts University, Bowdoin University and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps rounding out the top five. Carthage College (No. 38) and Augustana College (No. 57) are the other CCIW schools to appear in the rankings.

The Cardinals will travel to Rock Island to face Augustana College in a CCIW clash. Saturday's match will be held at the Lincoln Park Tennis Courts with a 2 p.m. first serve.
