2009-2010 All-CCIW Teams

Derek Raridon and
David Twyman have been honored with selections to the All-College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin Teams for the 2009-2010 season. The CCIW announced its annual award winners on Tuesday.
Raridon, the Cardinals' leading scorer this season, was one of five players named to the All-CCIW Second Team, while Twyman was among six individuals named to the Third Team.
Raridon ranked second in the CCIW in scoring (21.3 ppg), fourth in three-point percentage (.430) and sixth in rebounds (5.6 rpg) and free-throw percentage (.820) this season, establishing a new North Central record for points scored by a freshman (532). He scored in double figures in 24 of 25 games this season and was at his best in conference play, tallying a season-high 34 points against Illinois Wesleyan University and 33 against North Park University.
Twyman, meanwhile, received the first All-CCIW accolades of his career after finishing among the conference's leaders in nearly every category. He ranked seventh in the league in scoring (15.4 ppg), third in rebounds (6.6 rpg) and field goal percentage (.571), seventh in assists (2.7 apg) and ninth in steals (1.16 spg). Twyman averaged 18.3 ppg in conference play, fourth-best in the CCIW.
This season's CCIW Champion, Carthage College, swept this year's individual awards, as Steve Djurickovic was named the Player of the Year and head coach Bosko Djurickovic was the CCIW's Coach of the Year.
North Central finished the 2009-2010 campaign with an overall record of 12-13 and a 5-9 finish in conference play.
