USTFCCCA Regional Rankings

Oct. 14, 2015 -
Like the rest of the top 10, the North Central College women's cross country maintains its No. 5 standing in the Midwest Region this week, according to the NCAA Division III rankings released by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

None of the 10 spots in the regional rankings changed hands since last week. Washington University in St. Louis, which won last season's Midwest Region title, remains in the No. 1 spot, followed by the University of Chicago, the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Following North Central in sixth is CCIW competitor Wheaton College, while this week's top 10 is rounded out by the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, St. Norbert College and the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

The Cardinals, who won the Benedictine University Eagle Invitational at St. James Farm on Oct. 9, will return to action Saturday, when they compete in the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh AAE Invitational at Lake Breeze Golf Course in Winnecone, Wisconsin, as well as the Sauk Valley Community College Skyhawk Invitational in Dixon, Illinois.
