2025 Outdoor DIII USTFCCCA All-Americans
June 2, 2025 - North Central College men's track & field distance runners
Braden Nicholson and
BJ Sorg were named U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Americans for their performance at the 2025 NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championships in May.
Nicholson, now a two-time National Champion, captured two First Team All-American honors by winning the 10,000-meter run (29:20.59) and taking sixth place in the 5,000-meter run (14:16.83). He finishes his career as a seven-time USTFCCCA All-American.
Sorg earned his first All-American honor with a 12th-place finish in the 10,000 meters (30:17.57). He was a national qualifier in cross country this fall before earning All-College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin honors with a runner-up finish in the 5,000-meter run at the conference meet.
This marks the 52nd straight outdoor season that North Central has produced a USTFCCCA All-American, dating back to 1973, the first year of Division III.
