2025 USTFCCCA Division III Outdoor All-Americans

Jun 2, 2025 – Following their performances at the 2025 NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championships, Faith Ladin and Lindsey Novak of the North Central College women's track & field team earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-American honors.

Ladin claimed First Team All-American accolades in both the javelin and heptathlon. She took third place in the javelin with a throw of 41.58 m (136' 5") on Thursday of the championships. In the heptathlon, Ladin racked up 4,861 points to finish in eighth place. This is the second straight season that she earned two All-American awards at the National Championships.

Novak, now a 10-time USTFCCCA All-American, the fourth most in program history and most since 1999 when Pristina Jones earned her 11th national honor by winning the long jump. This season, Novak took 13th in the 400-meter dash (55.92) and 14th in the 200-meter dash (24.57).

The Cardinal women's track & field program concludes its 2025 season with seven All-American honors between the Indoor and Outdoor NCAA Division III National Championships.
