United Soccer Coaches' Region VIII

Naperville, Ill. September 14th, 2021 - The North Central College women's soccer team is ranked sixth in the United Soccer Coaches' Region VIII rankings this week ahead of their non-conference game against #20 ranked Loras College.  

This is the first ranking from the United Soccer Coaches' of the 2021 season. Last week, the women's soccer team beat Aurora University and Benedictine University, while also tying against Illinois Institute of Technology. 

Ahead of the Cardinals in the rankings are Illinois Institute of Technology in fifth, conference rival Wheaton College in fourth, Calvin College in third, University of Chicago in second, and Washington University rounding off the top. 

The Cardinals improved to (2-2-1) on the year on Sunday by beating the Benedictine University Eagles 4-0 on Senior Day. Tomorrow night the women's soccer will host #20 ranked Loras College at 7 PM CT. Click HERE to watch the game tomorrow night.
